A little help, when you need it

learnalbanianofficial@gmail.comOpen Learn Albanian and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy the course or subscribe to Pro.
If access still hasn’t returned, email me and tell me which purchase is missing.
On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Learn Albanian, then choose the option to cancel. You can cancel your free trial there too. Deleting the app doesn’t cancel your subscription.
The £3.99 course unlock is a one-off payment for all 42 units. Pro gives you unlimited AI tutor conversation for £4.99 a month or £29.99 a year, with a 3-day free trial.
They’re separate purchases. The course doesn’t include Pro, and Pro doesn’t unlock the course. Cancelling Pro doesn’t affect a course you’ve purchased.
Check your internet connection, then close and reopen the app and try again. If an app update is available in the App Store, install it.
Still stuck? Email me with your iPhone model, iOS version, and what happened before the tutor stopped replying. Include any error message you see.
Apple handles refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account you used for the purchase, and choose “Request a refund”. Apple reviews the request; I can’t issue refunds directly.
An Android version is in progress. There’s no release date yet.
